Mission Statement
To provide vision and leadership, to prioritize the annual work plan and to develop and maintain the implementation of the goals of the economic development program while working in partnership with YAPG, Inc., the City of Yankton and the Yankton Area Chamber of Commerce. 

Purpose
To set policy for the administration, marketing and promotion of the Yankton area economic development program as it pertains to the retention, expansion and attraction of primary jobs and investment.  Focus on primary employer retention, expansion, recruitment and entrepreneurial development.
